Cabins at Kalaloch

Coastal Cabins in Olympic National Park

Step inside a Kalaloch cabin and discover why these coastal retreats have been a guest favorite for generations. Behind the timeless weathered-wood exteriors are warm, inviting interiors where large windows frame sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Kalaloch Creek, or the surrounding forest. Many cabins feature kitchens or kitchenettes, cozy fireplaces, and classic wood-burning stoves—creating a true home-away-from-home on Washington’s wild coast.

The cabins are thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the landscape: the Bluff Cabins sit atop the bluff overlooking the ocean and Kalaloch Creek, while the Kalaloch Cabins rest just behind them in a peaceful grove of evergreens. All Kalaloch cabins are pet-friendly, so your four-legged companions can join you on your Olympic National Park adventure.

Choose from studio-style cabins, one or two bedroom cabins, and larger duplex units—each designed for comfort and connection to nature. You won’t find phones, TVs, or Wi-Fi here, because Kalaloch is made for unplugging and relaxing to the rhythm of the coast.

  • Great location–the cabins overlooking the ocean and river provide a great backdrop. There is an onsite restaurant that is amazing as well as a nicely stocked small convenience store. There is an open area for tetherball and other field sports. There is even a working phone booth. Plenty of things to do within a short radius.

  • I really enjoyed my cabin. The bed was comfortable and I loved the pillows! I had a view of the ocean from the windows. Kitchen was fantastic! All stocked with needed items. Everything was really nice.

  • Such a beautiful and unique location. Lovely to stay a couple of nights, not have to worry about packing a lot of food because of restaurant on site and still enjoy the remote quality of western Washington. and if you have dogs, the Cabins and beach is perfect.

  • Wildly beautiful. The weather wasn't the best but we made the best of it. Visited the tree of life, the largest cedar in the US, and drove to Forks. We stayed in the cabins and loved that we could light a fire in the wood stove to warm up after our cold, wet adventures.
