At The Kalaloch Lodge, we are focused on creating a great guest experience, and the health and safety of our employees and guests is our highest priority. We are taking appropriate actions to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus based on the guidance of the CDC.
As a result of these actions, and after careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily close Kalaloch Lodge, as well as our reservation office until further notice. We are closely following the opening guidelines set by the CDC and will announce our re-opening date when timing is appropriate.
"What if I have a reservation prior to June 11th?"
If you have a reservation arriving before June 11th, your reservation has been canceled and the deposit is in the process of being refunded.
"Can I cancel my reservation that is after June 11?"
If you would like to cancel or make changes to a reservation arriving on or after May 28th, you may do so by re-booking online. If you prefer to cancel, reservations arriving prior to June 30, 2020 may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
